![]() if I have 4 settlers with 4 beds and 1 robot, will that cause the moral to drop? And how do they effect defense, if I use them as guards? Do they need those guard posts? A Sentrybot with 2 gatliongs lasers should be quite a boost to defense, right? Does anybody know this? Since I am playing survival difficulty I don´t want to waste time/ressources on building robots that I cannot utilize the way I want to. ![]() I mean they do count as 1 settler regarding population, but do they need beds, food, water? Eg. You may also need some rare and expensive materials in building or modifying robots.I was wondering how automatrons effect food/water/beds in a settlement. Then just add the attributes and Perks you want. Simply level up over and over until you have the required levels unlocked. Every step you level adds a new Perk or allows you to upgrade an attribute. You can cheat your skills up on PC using Console Command Cheats by artificially leveling. The best Robotic Modifications require lots of expensive components, as well as the Robotics, Science, and Armorer skills. Visit The Mechanist at will to unlock more robotic quests. In addition to the story missions, The Mechanist will provide radiant Robot Hunt quests upon being defeated, allowing players to find more robots and harvest more parts for modification. Players select heads, torsos, arms, legs, and paint, and may apply weapon, armor, and other mods to each. You need building materials, and sometimes organic and machine materials too. A lot of the upgrading system depends on your difficulty settings set in SS2. Note that the widget that identified residential plots is red too, I do not mean that one. Sim Settlements 2 brings dozens of fully voiced NPCs that appear to help or hinder your progress rebuilding the Commonwealth. One robot will not tank happiness too much. They make great armed patrols across the wasteland. I only use them to ferry crap back and forth between settlements. Robots are stuck at 50 happiness, and since a settlements happiness is averaged a single robot can screw it all up. Youll see a red widget over the plot if their needs are not satisfied. Just keep in mind they can tank hour happiness as well. Objects can be placed in midair, intersect other objects, or be placed partway into the ground. ![]() New Automatrons are created at the Robot Workbench. As far as I know, if you have enough scrap, power, water and food they should upgrade on their own. This mod allows settlement items to be placed anywhere the player desires. It's a good idea to wait on the completion of the Automatron story before building your own bot, as you'll have many more resources available. New robots are similar to Modified robots but must be built from scratch. Once switched, each of these segments can be further modified with armor and weapons. Torsos, heads, arms, and and legs from different robot models can be switched out at will. Parts can be mixed and matched between bodies. As players defeat new robots and scavenge their bodies, they will discover new mods that allow them to unlock new parts and part modifications. However, once Restoring Order rolls around, armor her and arm her to the teeth.she's a tremendous asset when equipped with proper weaponry.Īll robots are made of five main segments: head, torso, right arm, left arm, and legs. as many more options should be available thanks to discoveries made on previous quests. It's recommended that players wait to extensively modify Ada before heading into the final mission to track down the Mechanist. It should be noted that robots (including Jezebel) can in fact be used as provisioners and assigned to tasks, making them a good way to build up and protect settlements. Jezebel can also be modified, but at this point does not appear to be available as a companion, so wasting resources on her is not recommended. Sims Settlements 2 is already considered one of the best settlement mods for Fallout 4, and this latest chapter seems it will only make it even greater. Ada and Curie can both be modified to increase their protection, armament, and other capabilities.
